About the role
Capinta Consult Limited is looking for a creative and tech‑savvy Content Creator / Social Media Manager to join its team in Lagos. You will be responsible for producing short‑form video and graphic content that engages audiences across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, create and edit short‑form video and graphic content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.
- Manage daily posting and audience engagement on all platforms.
- Research trends and turn ideas into viral content.
- Use CapCut, Canva and AI tools such as ChatGPT to produce content quickly.
- Repurpose existing content and maintain organized files in Google Drive.
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Required profile
- Proven experience creating TikTok and Instagram content.
- Skilled in using CapCut and Canva.
- Good smartphone videography and basic copywriting abilities.
- Organised, reliable and deadline‑driven.
- Based in Lagos; interest in fashion or digital media is a plus.

What we offer
- Monthly salary between NGN 100,000 and NGN 120,000.
