Content Creator & Admin

About the role

Petposh Vets Ltd is looking for a full‑time Content Creator and Admin to join its Lagos office. You will be responsible for producing and publishing digital content that showcases the company’s animal‑care and agribusiness services while supporting day‑to‑day office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish digital content for social media, website and other communication channels.
• Draft engaging posts, capture photos or videos, and organise media assets.
• Monitor and respond to basic online inquiries, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Manage appointments, organise records, prepare simple reports and support office procedures.
• Collaborate with the animal‑care team to gather accurate information and develop educational materials for clients.
• Assist in coordinating outreach campaigns and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Strong content‑creation ability with clear, engaging writing.
• Comfort using social‑media management tools and scheduling posts.
• Sound administrative skills including file organisation, calendar management and report preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and colleague interaction.
• Attention to detail, reliability and timely handling of information.
• Interest in agribusiness, animal care or veterinary services and willingness to learn sector terminology.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and email.
