Compressor Technician – CNG Fueling Station

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Compressor Technician to join our CNG fueling station in Lagos. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and continuous operation of CNG compressors and related equipment through inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of compressors and auxiliary equipment, monitoring pressure, temperature, vibration, and flow rates.
• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks on compressor systems.
• Diagnose faults, replace worn components (filters, seals, gaskets, valves, belts) and conduct routine lubrication.
• Support commissioning, shutdowns, and start‑up activities as required.
• Calibrate and maintain pressure gauges, transmitters, temperature sensors, flow meters, and safety devices.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and service logs.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE policies, regulatory standards, and emergency response procedures.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience maintaining CNG compressors or similar high‑pressure gas equipment.
• Strong understanding of gas handling procedures and safety standards.
