Community & School Advisor – Lagos

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, proactive and people‑oriented Community & School Advisor to join Yoma’s Youth Agency Marketplace team in Lagos. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and current students, their parents, schools and community partners, helping to drive student enrollment and ongoing engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and parents to provide information about programmes and answer queries.
• Maintain relationships with existing students, ensuring they stay informed and motivated.
• Collaborate with schools and community organisations to promote Yoma’s offerings and identify partnership opportunities.
• Support the enrollment process from initial interest through to registration.
• Gather feedback from students and partners to improve outreach activities.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a strong focus on helping others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable interacting with diverse audiences, including youth, parents and educators.
