Community & Partnership Associate

About the role

The Community & Partnership Associate will own Regirl’s community and partnership engine, creating relationships, influencer networks, events, and cultural moments that elevate the brand. You will turn Regirl’s brand into a community that people want to join, shaping how the audience discovers, experiences, and talks about the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage relevant influencers, partners, and communities within beauty, fashion, lifestyle and creator ecosystems.
• Design and execute community‑building initiatives, product seeding programs, and cultural events.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities, from outreach to activation.
• Track performance of community and partnership activities and iterate based on results.
• Collaborate closely with Brand and Marketing teams to align community strategies with broader brand goals.

Required profile

• Highly proactive, socially intelligent and resourceful.
• Comfortable reaching out to unknown contacts and creating opportunities from scratch.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously and work with minimal direction.
• Passion for beauty, fashion, lifestyle and social media ecosystems.
