Community Manager

About the role

QuickMed Araya is seeking a proactive Community Manager to lead the growth and engagement of its student ambassador network in Lagos. You will be the primary point of contact for ambassadors, fostering collaboration, networking, and a vibrant community culture.

Key responsibilities

• Drive community engagement, onboarding new members and retaining existing ones.
• Coordinate ambassador activities across campuses and act as the main liaison.
• Moderate platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, and Facebook Groups, ensuring a positive environment.
• Plan and execute virtual and in‑person events, workshops, webinars, and networking sessions.
• Create and schedule community content, newsletters, and announcements.
• Track engagement metrics, prepare performance reports, and respond promptly to member inquiries.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in community management, customer success, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage online communities of 100+ members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong emotional intelligence.
• Highly organized, solution‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
