Community and School Advisor

About the role

The Community and School Advisor will act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment journey and fostering strong relationships with parents, schools, and local communities. This role supports student engagement, ensures a positive learning experience, and represents the academy at school visits, events, and outreach activities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from prospective students and assist them through the enrollment process.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, schools, and community stakeholders.
• Support student engagement initiatives and ensure a positive learning experience.
• Represent the academy during school visits, events, and community outreach activities.
• Follow up with prospective students and assist with enrollment activities.
• Collaborate with Programs and Marketing teams on student and community initiatives.
• Gather feedback and provide support to students and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in education, customer service, community engagement, sales, admissions, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities.
• Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Passion for working with students and engaging with communities.
