Communication & Research Officer

About the role

The Communication & Research Officer will support the team by gathering accurate information, creating high‑quality written content, and ensuring deliverables meet strict quality standards. This position works closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to provide reliable research and clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed online research, verify sources, and compile case studies, trends, and statistics.
• Write, edit, proofread, and improve business documents, reports, articles, newsletters, and presentations.
• Perform quality‑assurance reviews on courses, books, and other deliverables using checklists.
• Respond professionally to customer and stakeholder enquiries via email and messaging platforms.
• Assist management with research, reporting, documentation, and special projects, proposing process improvements where possible.

Required profile

• A degree in communications, journalism, business, research or a related field is an advantage, but demonstrated ability is essential.
• Exceptional research, writing, analytical and organisational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
