About the role
We are seeking a Client Relationship Executive to manage client onboarding, KYC documentation, and ongoing support for our investment products. The role involves acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage KYC processes, documentation and onboarding for new clients.
- Resolve issues related to new user accounts, profiles, login details and billing inquiries.
- Coordinate with Finance, Internal Control and Compliance departments to confirm deposits and execute buy/sell mandates.
- Maintain accurate records of all client communications and provide market updates via phone and email.
- Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical problems remotely or in person.
- Ensure compliance with CBN, SEC and AML/CFT regulations in all client interactions.
Required profile
- BSc degree (or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar client relationship or customer service role.
