Cleaner – Full-time position in Lagos

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Cleaner to join our team at Clayhall Properties Limited in Lagos. This full‑time, onsite position involves maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our office and outdoor premises, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Clean interior surfaces including floors, carpets, rugs, windows, and walls.
• Disinfect high‑touch items such as desks, door handles, and office tools.
• Maintain outdoor grounds by cutting grass, trimming bushes, and removing debris from sidewalks.
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean and maintain restrooms.
• Wash windows and mirrors.
• Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment safely.
• Dust furniture and fixtures.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• 0–1 year of cleaning experience (no prior experience required).
• Residence in or around Ikeja, Lagos State.

Required skills

• Operating floor scrubbers and other cleaning machinery.
• Using standard cleaning tools such as vacuums, mops, and dusters.
