About the role

We are looking for a skilled Chinese Chef to join our kitchen team in Lagos. You will be responsible for preparing authentic Chinese dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic Chinese dishes.
• Maintain high‑quality food presentation and taste.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend kitchen supplies.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Serve meals on time and comply with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chinese chef.
• Strong knowledge of authentic Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good time‑management and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Culinary certification is an added advantage.
