Chief Technology Officer

About the role

Kenex Konsults International is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to shape and execute its technology strategy. The role will drive innovation, align tech initiatives with business goals, and ensure the reliability and security of all digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the organization’s technology vision, roadmap, and strategy.
• Lead design, development, implementation, and maintenance of platforms, products, and systems.
• Align technology projects with business objectives to foster growth and efficiency.
• Oversee software development, IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend competitive solutions.
• Establish technology standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Manage technology budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology‑driven solutions.
• Ensure disaster recovery, business continuity, and risk management.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master’s degree (MBA, MSc) is a plus.
• Proven progressive experience in technology leadership, including senior roles.
• Strong knowledge of software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data management, and enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated success leading large‑scale digital transformation projects.
• Excellent strategic planning, business acumen, and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team‑building skills.
