Chief of Staff & Business Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, commercially aware leader to serve as the operational right‑hand to the Chief Visionary Officer at Events Architects. The role will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensure projects stay on track, and drive operational excellence across our experience design and events business.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business goals into actionable plans and track company‑wide priorities.
• Coordinate with team leads, oversee internal systems, and monitor performance.
• Improve internal workflows, identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Support resource planning, ensure effective information flow between departments.
• Prepare reports, presentations and business updates for senior leadership.
• Monitor business development pipelines, track proposals, opportunities and partnerships.
• Create and maintain business dashboards, track KPIs and provide regular performance updates.
