About the role
The Chief Managing Officer will shape and drive the strategic direction of Edible Euphoria, ensuring robust governance, growth, and stakeholder engagement across the banking and finance sector.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization’s strategic vision and objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of standards, policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Drive organizational growth, innovation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee financial performance, governance, and risk management.
- Build and lead high‑performing teams.
- Represent the organization at executive, governmental, and industry levels.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ executive leadership experience.
- Strong background in organizational governance, quality assurance, or standards management.
- Excellent strategic planning and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of leading large‑scale transformation initiatives.
