About the role
Redcare HMO is seeking a qualified medical doctor to join our team as a Care Coordinator. In this role you will act as a bridge between healthcare providers, enrollees and the HMO to ensure seamless, medically‑necessary care delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate care among providers, enrollees and the HMO.
- Verify that services delivered are medically necessary.
- Oversee case management for admitted enrollees.
- Collaborate with the Customer Care team to maintain high service standards.
- Organise medical screenings and health talks as required.
Required profile
- MBBS degree.
- Valid MDCN practising licence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
