Cardiac Sonographer

About the role

Ronnie Diagnostics Center is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Cardiac Sonographer to join its Abuja team. You will perform high‑quality echocardiograms and other non‑invasive cardiac ultrasound studies, ensuring accurate imaging and patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac ultrasound examinations.
• Operate cardiac ultrasound equipment to acquire clear, diagnostic images.
• Document findings accurately and produce timely reports.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare professionals to interpret results.
• Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment, following infection‑prevention and quality‑assurance protocols.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in cardiology and non‑invasive cardiac imaging.
• RDCS certification or equivalent eligibility.
• Diploma or degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Cardiovascular Technology, or related field.
• Excellent communication and patient‑centered approach.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.
