About the role
MetroHealth HMO Limited is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to work as a Call Centre Executive in Lagos. The role combines clinical knowledge with customer‑service expertise to support members and providers through the HMO’s contact centre.
Key responsibilities
- Answer enrollee inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Provide accurate information on health‑benefit plans, authorisations and coverage.
- Liaise with healthcare providers and members to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Escalate medical or operational concerns to the appropriate department when required.
- Maintain precise records of calls, service requests and follow‑up actions.
- Deliver customer support that meets MetroHealth’s quality standards.
Required profile
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Experience in healthcare service delivery or HMO operations is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Good knowledge of healthcare processes and medical terminology.
Required skills
- Proficiency in standard computer applications.
