Business Transformation Project Manager

About the role

The Business Transformation Project Manager will lead the redesign and automation of core banking processes. This role focuses on improving efficiency across credit underwriting, account opening, customer service, and verification functions within a financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and map existing banking processes, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and digital documentation workflows.
• Coordinate cross‑functional transformation projects with product, risk, legal, and operations teams.
• Develop change‑governance playbooks, training programs, and adoption metrics.
• Monitor operating costs and turnaround times to quantify financial impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Strategy, Operations Management, Engineering or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, business architecture, or operations re‑engineering within financial services or technology firms.

Required skills

• Process mapping tools such as Lucidchart and Visio.
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation.
• Strong data analysis and stakeholder management capabilities.
