About the role
We are seeking a Business Operations Associate to support daily operational activities, coordinate projects and service requests, and act as a key liaison between clients, vendors and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate ongoing projects, installations, maintenance, and service requests.
- Schedule and follow up with technicians on field assignments.
- Track client requests and ensure issues are followed through to resolution.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Request and track quotations, purchases, deliveries, and project materials.
- Maintain project, maintenance, procurement, and operational records.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, quotations, presentations, and other business documents.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain action points, and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO.
- Prepare weekly updates on ongoing activities, outstanding tasks, and matters requiring management attention.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum OND qualification in a related field.
