Business Development Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Officer to drive growth for Arteasy Nigeria’s range of art materials. You will identify new opportunities, build relationships, and help expand our market presence in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote and sell the company's range of art materials and related products.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into long‑term customers.
• Prepare periodic sales and business development reports.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and result‑oriented.

What we offer

• Salary: NGN 150,000 – 250,000 per month.
• Attractive performance‑based sales commission.
