Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our marketing and business development functions in the Lagos real estate market. The role involves creating and executing marketing strategies, building a high‑performing marketing team, and driving new revenue opportunities through partnerships and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s overall marketing strategy, including annual, quarterly and monthly plans aligned with revenue goals.
• Build a structured marketing function from the ground up, defining processes, workflows, tools, systems and reporting structures.
• Identify, recruit and manage a marketing team, setting KPIs, targets and performance expectations.
• Plan and oversee multi‑channel campaigns (social media, paid ads, email, events, partnerships) to generate qualified real‑estate leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to nurture and convert marketing‑generated leads, monitoring cost‑per‑lead and ROI.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and revenue streams within the real‑estate sector.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing, business development, growth or a comparable commercial function, preferably in real‑estate.
