Business Development and Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development and Growth Manager to expand our sleep‑care services, build strategic partnerships, and drive sales of medical consumables in Nigeria’s healthcare market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with physicians, hospitals, HMOs, corporate clients and industry partners.
• Lead patient acquisition for the sleep clinic through targeted marketing, community outreach and referral networks.
• Promote and sell sleep‑related consumables and equipment (CPAP, masks, monitors, accessories) while managing supplier relationships.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, manage social media channels and create engaging content.
• Maintain CRM databases, track leads, manage follow‑ups and ensure high partner satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, manage invoices and collections, and provide growth insights.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and recommend strategic actions.
• Utilise AI and digital tools to automate processes, improve marketing efficiency and boost productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales or healthcare account management.
• Experience in sleep‑healthcare or medical consumables/equipment is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.

Required skills

• CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce.
• Digital marketing and social media management.
• Content creation for online channels.
• Use of AI tools and business automation software.
