Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and support the delivery of effective solutions. This senior‑level position requires strong analytical abilities and the capacity to drive process improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyse business and system requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
• Prepare business requirements documents, process flows, and reports.
• Work with project managers, developers, and other teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements.
• Support testing, validation, and monitoring of project progress.
• Conduct data analysis to inform business decisions and identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (minimum 5 years).
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
