Broadcast Producer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Broadcast Producer to join our team in Lagos. You will be responsible for creating compelling television programmes, documentaries, news features and multimedia content from concept through to broadcast.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and produce TV programmes, documentaries, news features, interviews and other multimedia assets.
• Generate creative ideas and oversee content development from concept to final broadcast.
• Coordinate production schedules, budgets, resources and timelines, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Manage production crews, presenters, editors, videographers and other personnel.
• Supervise filming, studio recordings, live broadcasts and post‑production activities.
• Ensure all output meets editorial, creative, technical and regulatory standards.
• Oversee distribution of content across television, social media, websites and digital platforms.
• Monitor production quality and align with project objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or a related field.
• At least two years of experience as a Broadcast, Television or Multimedia Producer.
• Strong understanding of television production processes and broadcast operations.
• Excellent project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Proven scriptwriting and storytelling capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
