Brand/Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Brand/Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies that boost awareness, positioning and consumer engagement for our portfolio in Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and market growth.
• Plan and manage integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, retail, outdoor media and activations.
• Drive trade marketing and retail visibility in close partnership with sales and distribution teams.
• Lead product launches, promotional events, roadshows, sampling and consumer engagement activities.
• Monitor consumer behaviour, market trends, competitor actions and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, influencers, vendors and strategic partners.
• Oversee marketing content and communications while ensuring consistent brand identity.
• Track budgets, campaign performance, sales impact and ROI, providing regular reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 4–10 years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing or related functions.
• Proven professional experience working with the UK and/or European market.
• Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, consumer goods, retail or similar consumer‑facing industries is highly preferred.
• Strong background in brand strategy, integrated campaigns, trade/retail marketing and product launches.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with sales/commercial teams to drive business growth.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, project management and commercial decision‑making skills.
