Brand & Marketing Communication Manager

About the role

The Brand & Marketing Communication Manager will lead the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and corporate communications to strengthen our market position in the banking and finance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies that ensure consistency across all channels and improve brand awareness.
• Design and launch marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support business development and achieve acquisition targets.
• Create internal and external communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, presentations, and corporate publications.
• Manage digital presence across social media, website and other online platforms, optimizing campaigns with analytics.
• Conduct market and competitor research, produce performance reports, and recommend innovative initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications or corporate communications, preferably in financial services.
• Proven ability to develop brand strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
