Brand Manager – FMCG (Beverage)

About the role

The Brand Manager will drive strategic growth, performance and market positioning of the beverage brand through effective brand strategy, consumer engagement, marketing execution, innovation and performance management. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, agencies and cross‑functional partners to ensure successful brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term brand strategies, annual plans and marketing roadmaps across consumer and media platforms.
• Monitor and analyse brand performance, market trends, consumer insights and key KPIs, providing actionable recommendations.
• Track competitor activities and deliver regular competitive and category intelligence to stakeholders.
• Create clear brand campaign briefs aligned with positioning, values and communication objectives.
• Coordinate integrated brand campaigns and consumer engagement initiatives across media and connection platforms.
• Manage the brand’s DME/marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and strong ROI.
• Maintain accurate brand and product information across relevant databases.
• Lead and coordinate New Product Development (NPD) projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Work closely with internal teams, agencies and other stakeholders to execute brand plans effectively.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive brand/marketing experience, preferably in bottling, beverage or FMCG.
• Proven experience managing brands, marketing campaigns, budgets and consumer‑focused initiatives.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, market intelligence and NPD.
• Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
