Brand and Marketing Specialist

About the role

Agu.ng is looking for a creative, data‑driven Brand and Marketing Specialist to amplify its voice, grow its community, and drive both online and in‑store sales. You will shape the brand’s identity, execute integrated campaigns, and use analytics to ensure measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve Agu.ng’s brand voice, visual identity, and tone across all touchpoints.
• Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns for product drops, seasonal sales, and brand events.
• Manage social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook) and run paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Oversee creative assets production, collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Handle email/SMS marketing using platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Track KPIs (reach, engagement, CAC, ROAS, email open rates) and provide performance reports.
• Support in‑store events and ensure a consistent brand experience across online and offline channels.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of brand strategy and digital marketing.
• Ability to translate data insights into creative decisions.
• Experience working in fast‑moving retail or fashion environments.
