About the role

The Blockchain Development Instructor will design and deliver engaging, project‑based lessons that introduce learners to blockchain fundamentals, smart contract development, and real‑world applications. This part‑time, on‑site position in Port Harcourt focuses on hands‑on training, portfolio building, and aligning curriculum with industry trends.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive, project‑based blockchain courses covering fundamentals, smart contracts, and practical use cases.
• Prepare instructional materials, lab exercises, and real‑world project assignments for learners.
• Guide students through hands‑on development, assess performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Support learners in creating portfolios that showcase job‑ready blockchain skills.
• Collaborate with other trainers and the training management team to refine curricula and ensure a high‑quality classroom experience.

Required profile

• Strong training and development experience, including conducting technical workshops and curriculum design.
• Effective communication skills for explaining complex blockchain concepts to diverse learner groups.
• Human‑resources related abilities such as mentoring, learner support, and performance evaluation.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, gender‑neutral, and non‑discriminatory teaching practices.
