About the role
The Beauty Store Supervisor will lead a team of retail staff in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales in a busy beauty store. This full‑time position is based in Lagos and focuses on managing daily store operations and inventory.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise staff and manage work schedules
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Handle inventory control and overall store operations
- Drive sales performance and meet set targets
Required profile
- Retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
- Experience in the beauty industry is a plus

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from NGN180,000 to NGN200,000 per month
