About the role

Vgn Network is seeking a dedicated Baker to join its bakery team in Lagos. The role involves producing a range of breads and pastries, maintaining high quality standards, and supporting daily production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods following set recipes.
• Ensure consistent texture, presentation, and taste across all product batches.
• Follow precise recipes, portion control, and standard baking procedures.
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to achieve optimal results.
• Maintain strict cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in the bakery workspace.
• Collaborate with production team members and dough handlers to meet daily production targets.

Required profile

• Minimum of a B.Sc degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of baking experience.
