B2B Sales Specialist – Roofing & Restoration

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven B2B Sales Specialist to generate corporate and project‑based revenue for our roofing, waterproofing, restoration and coating solutions. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key industry stakeholders and closing contracts across the construction sector in Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new B2B sales opportunities in construction, real‑estate and related industries.
• Build and manage relationships with construction firms, architects, developers, facility managers and property owners.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits as required.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, tenders and commercial negotiations.
• Drive the sales process from prospecting to contract closure and handover to operations.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging business opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate project scoping and seamless delivery.
• Record all sales activities and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in construction, roofing, coatings or building materials.
• Proven ability to sell to corporate clients and manage long sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management capabilities.
• Highly target‑driven, commercially minded and confident engaging senior decision‑makers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and sales reporting tools.
