About the role

YAP Media is looking for a B2B Lead Generation and Outreach Specialist to help clients secure podcast guest appearances and drive brand visibility. The role blends marketing research, sales outreach, and client‑success activities to deliver high‑quality content collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential podcast guests that match client themes and target audiences.
• Develop and execute personalized email outreach campaigns to secure guest bookings.
• Manage scheduling across time zones, including virtual or in‑person recording logistics.
• Maintain accurate booking records, track KPIs, and provide daily progress updates.
• Prepare briefing documents, media kits, and talking points for guests and hosts.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with podcast hosts and networks for repeat bookings.
• Monitor social media trends and influencers in entrepreneurship, self‑improvement, and marketing.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with up to 12 months of relevant experience.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and cultural competence.
• Ability to meet daily prospecting targets and contractual booking commitments.
• Excellent written communication and persuasive pitching skills.
