Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations at our vibrant Lagos location. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities, delivering excellent guest experiences while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and coordinating daily restaurant operations.
• Support management of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Help coach, train, and develop team members.
• Participate in staff scheduling and shift coordination.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and aid stock replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Support sales performance tracking and operational reporting.
• Maintain strong communication between kitchen and service teams.

Required profile

• Minimum HND qualification.
• 2–4 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making competence.
