Area Business Manager – Multi‑Outlet Restaurants

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Area Business Manager to lead multiple restaurant outlets in Lagos. The role focuses on operational excellence, brand consistency and driving profitable growth across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of several restaurant sites, ensuring high service standards.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability and implement strategies to improve results.
• Train, coach and support outlet managers and their teams.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations.
• Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and overall service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably with multi‑outlet responsibility.
• Strong leadership, people‑management and communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving performance.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Understanding of restaurant operations and QSR standards.
