Architect – Design & Project Management

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Architect to lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring that design excellence aligns with client objectives and budget constraints. You will work on master plans, high‑end interior fit‑outs, and oversee the production of compliant construction documents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial concept through final delivery, maintaining aesthetic and functional integrity.
• Develop master building plans, analyze site conditions, and define project scope for new builds or major renovations.
• Manage high‑end interior fit‑outs, material approvals, and structural finishes such as marble, partitions, and bespoke joinery.
• Prepare construction documents that meet building codes and integrate structural and MEP systems.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution and handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Licensed architect or professional registration (preferred).
• Minimum three years of experience in architectural design and project management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software, specifically AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Ability to produce detailed construction documentation integrated with structural and MEP systems.
