About the role

We are seeking a motivated Architect to join our team in Lagos, focusing on the creation of detailed building designs and plans for a range of real‑estate projects. The role involves preparing comprehensive drawings that illustrate both the exterior appearance and interior structure of building projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed drawings that illustrate both the exterior appearance and interior structure of building projects.
• Create scaled blueprints and architectural plans using industry‑standard methods.
• Utilise architectural software to develop accurate building plans.
• Stay updated with current architectural trends and advancements to bring innovative solutions to projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (required) and MSc in Architecture (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in architectural design.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

What we offer
