About the role
Speak 10X Better is looking for a remote Appointment Setter who will use personal social media profiles to start genuine conversations, qualify prospects, and book high‑ticket sales calls. This is a commission‑based position focused on organic outreach rather than cold‑calling.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify ideal prospects across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, X, TikTok and relevant communities.
- Build and maintain high‑quality prospect lists.
- Initiate meaningful, non‑salesy conversations and nurture relationships.
- Qualify leads against the Ideal Customer Profile and schedule qualified sales calls.
- Record all outreach activity and appointments accurately in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve outreach performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in organic outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting.
- Proven ability to meet daily outreach and booking targets.
- Strong written English and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Highly self‑motivated, disciplined and comfortable working remotely.
- Experience selling high‑ticket services is essential.
