AI/ML Engineering Instructor

About the role

The AI/ML Engineering Instructor will deliver Ayonaire Academy’s full AI Engineering curriculum to learners in Lagos. This live teaching position involves three classes per week, guiding students from beginner to job‑ready AI Engineer through hands‑on projects and real‑world problem solving.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live teaching sessions (approximately three classes per week) covering Python, classical ML, deep learning, computer vision, NLP, generative AI, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, and AI agents.
• Mentor learners, provide constructive feedback on assignments and end‑to‑end projects, and support their career preparation.
• Break down complex AI concepts into simple, structured lessons anchored in real‑world problem statements.
• Review and grade student work, ensuring mastery of technical content and practical implementation.
• Collaborate with curriculum designers to continuously improve course material and delivery.

Required profile

• At least two years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields.
• Strong ability to teach technical subjects to diverse audiences, including beginners.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for student outcomes.
