Admission & Visa Executive

About the role

The Admission & Visa Executive will guide students and parents through study destination choices, admission processes, and visa applications. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth coordination with universities and immigration authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on study programs, destinations, and visa options.
• Assist students with admission applications, document preparation, and submission review.
• Support visa documentation, interview preparation, and appointment scheduling while staying current on immigration policies.
• Research scholarships, trending study destinations, and educational opportunities; suggest service improvements.
• Plan and coordinate webinars or virtual sessions in collaboration with marketing.
• Follow up on inquiries, convert leads into confirmed admissions, and promote additional services.
• Represent the company at events and build relationships with universities, colleges, and education agents.
• Maintain accurate records of admissions, visa approvals, and pending applications; submit timely reports.

Required profile

• Minimum B.Sc. qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical thinking abilities.
