Administrative Officer

About the role

The Administrative Officer will support the smooth operation of the office in Lagos, handling records, correspondence and day‑to‑day administrative tasks for Narim Multiventures Nigeria Limited.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain administrative records, employee files and office documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and procurement activities.
• Prepare administrative reports, inventory records and executive summaries for management.
• Monitor office supplies, facility maintenance needs and vendor engagements.
• Support implementation and enforcement of company policies and administrative controls.
• Provide administrative assistance to management and other departments as required.

Required profile

• B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in administration and office management.
• Post‑graduate degree or professional membership is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication and record‑keeping abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using office administration software.
