Administrative Officer / Facility Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Administrative Officer / Facility Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of our serviced apartments in Marina, Lagos. The role combines booking management, guest relations, facility upkeep and staff supervision to ensure a seamless home‑away‑from‑home experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage property bookings across walk‑in customers and online platforms (e.g., Airbnb), update calendars, optimise pricing and screen inquiries to maximise occupancy.
• Coordinate guest check‑ins and check‑outs, address requests and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring compliance with property standards.
• Conduct routine inspections, liaise with technicians to resolve plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generator and other maintenance issues, and maintain a daily maintenance dashboard.
• Supervise cleaning, laundry, security and other support staff, maintaining high hospitality and hygiene standards.
• Keep accurate reservation records, process caution fees, verify client IDs, monitor utility bills and ensure consumables and subscription services are stocked.

Required profile

• Degree or HND in Business Administration, Facility Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in administration, facility or operations management.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Proximity to Yaba, Lagos is essential.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of facility management processes.
