Admin Officer

About the role

The Admin Officer will support the Chief Executive Officer in managing office operations, financial reporting and market intelligence for Adopas Dedicated Services. This full‑time position is based in Lagos (Marina) and involves regular interaction with educational institutions and competitors across the tourism and travel sector.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit a monthly activity and expense report directly to the CEO.
• Gather, analyse and present information on schools, courses and rankings to inform recruitment strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities through visits, phone calls and email correspondence, and report findings.
• Act as a Marketing and Public Relations liaison for private universities, polytechnics, colleges and secondary schools, building relationships to attract students.
• Plan and execute visits to notable schools in Lagos and beyond, in coordination with the CEO.
• Draft memos with ideas and recommendations to improve organisational performance.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the CEO.

Required profile

• Minimum two (2) years of relevant administrative experience.
• At least a Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in preparing reports and handling office expenses.
• Competence in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
• Effective interpersonal skills for liaising with educational institutions.
