Admin Officer

About the role

The Admin Officer will ensure smooth daily operations of the office, handling documentation, communication, and logistical support. This position supports management and coordinates activities across departments within a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative and office operations.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and business correspondence.
• Prepare reports, letters, memos and other documents.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules and appointments.
• Monitor office supplies and process procurement requests.
• Support management with operational documentation.
• Facilitate internal communication between departments.
• Maintain confidential company records.
• Assist with staff documentation and office compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Business Administration, Office Management, Public Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office‑management role.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Experience in retail or supermarket industry is a plus.
