About the role
We are looking for an Admin and Operations Associate to support daily administrative functions and ensure smooth operational flow within our Lagos office. The role involves coordinating schedules, handling communications, and assisting the accounting team with invoice processing.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and manage calendars for staff and clients, ensuring efficient use of time.
- Receive, sort and respond to communications via email, phone and physical mail.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to process payments, verify receipts and handle incoming invoices.
- Maintain a systematic filing system for confidential and important company documents.
- Perform general bookkeeping tasks and record entry processing as needed.
Required profile
- OND in Office Sciences, Business Administration or Accounting.
- Residency within Oko‑Oba or Abule Egba area of Lagos.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Fast typing speed.
