Accountant – Full-time in Lagos

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Marina, Lagos. The role involves managing day‑to‑day bookkeeping, preparing financial statements and supporting payroll processes.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank statements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process payroll and statutory remittances where applicable.
• Prepare budgets and monitor company expenses.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal financial policies.
• Utilise Odoo Accounting Software for bookkeeping, reporting and financial management.

Required profile

• Minimum HND or B.Sc. in Accounting.
• At least 24 months of relevant accounting experience.
• Entry‑level candidate with strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Odoo Accounting Software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
