Account Manager – Enterprise Technology Sales

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of Banking, Insurance and other enterprise accounts in Nigeria. You will drive new logo acquisition and upsell/cross-sell across our OEM portfolio of Automation, AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data and Infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand a portfolio across Banking, Insurance and other enterprise accounts.
• Build and execute strategic account plans.
• Drive new logo acquisition and upsell/cross-sell across the company’s OEM portfolio.
• Engage C-level and senior stakeholders using a same-side selling approach.
• Collaborate with OEM partners, Solutions team and Alliance Managers to shape and close complex deals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM and report weekly on activity and revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• At least 2 years of technology sales experience in software, IT infrastructure, fintech, cybersecurity, AI, cloud or automation.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, C-level conversations and building a pipeline from zero.
• Minimum HND/BSc in any discipline; MBA or tech certifications are a plus.
