About the role
We are seeking an Account Intern to support our finance team in Lagos. The role provides practical experience in processing financial transactions, maintaining records, and assisting with reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and organize accounting documents.
- Support expense tracking and ensure proper documentation of financial activities.
- Assist with bank and account reconciliations to ensure record accuracy.
- Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for internal use.
- Work closely with the Account Officer to support day‑to‑day finance operations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies while maintaining confidentiality.
Required profile
- Minimum BSc degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role.
- Based in Lagos (Ogudu) and able to work onsite.
