About the role
As the Workplace Experience Manager for Glovo’s Nigeria office, you will be the central point that shapes the daily environment and culture for the local team. You will ensure the office runs smoothly, foster a vibrant community, and support new hires from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Design and run cultural initiatives such as “Glovo Talks” and weekly social events.
- Maintain a clean, functional workspace and proactively address any facility issues.
- Negotiate with local vendors to secure quality services at optimal prices.
- Oversee onboarding experiences to make every new Glover feel welcomed.
- Manage office budgets, health & safety compliance, and daily logistical operations.
Required profile
- Proactive “can‑do” attitude with strong problem‑solving mindset.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Highly organized yet able to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced startup environment.
- Sense of ownership, treating the office as your own.
