Workplace Digital Skills & Office Productivity Trainer (Contract)

About the role

Kerberos Technologies Limited is seeking a resource person to deliver practical, blended training on digital workplace tools. The trainer will help learners develop core computer skills, master productivity suites, and adopt safe ICT habits for office environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design learner‑friendly session plans, slides, exercises and practical assignments.
• Deliver hands‑on training that enables trainees to use email, calendars, online meetings and productivity tools confidently.
• Guide participants in creating work samples such as letters, spreadsheets, presentations and digital records.
• Track attendance, assess practical tasks, provide feedback and compile completion reports.
• Update and improve course materials based on trainee performance and pilot feedback.

Required profile

• HND/Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional certification in ICT, Computer Science, Business Education, Office Technology or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience delivering ICT training, digital literacy or workplace technology support.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace productivity tools.
• Ability to teach beginners patiently using real‑world demonstrations.
• Experience with virtual or blended training platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Google Classroom) is an advantage.
